Description
A94B114 is an advanced CMOS 8-bit microcontroller with 8 Kbytes of Flash. This is a powerful microcontroller which provides a highly flexible and cost effective solution to many embedded control applications. The product provides the following features : 8 Kbytes of Flash, 512 Bytes of SRAM, 16-bit timer/counter, 16-bit PWM with inverters and dead-band control, WDT, 12-bit ADC with LDO, on-chip POR, LVI and LVR, high frequency internal oscillator, low frequency internal oscillator and clock circuitry. A94B114 also supports power saving modes to reduce power consumption.
